Can I purchase park tickets online?

Why is the ticket ticket price based on height?
There are safety and usability restrictions on some of the rides, which are based on height, in line with standard practice in theme parks internationally. While guests under 1.1m, will be able to enjoy rides at Yas Waterworld Abu Dhabi, there are a few rides that will be restricted to them, hence the above and below 1.1m ticket pricing. Children 3 years of age and younger are admitted free of charge accompanied by their parents. Parents may be asked to provide ID to verify age of guests 3 years old and younger. Once you purchase your ticket you cannot cancel it. All tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

If you purchase a dated ticket or experience, the following terms and conditions will apply (unless the product terms and conditions specific different a different change policy): you may change the date of your ticket provided you notify us before 7pm on the day before your scheduled visit. A charge of AED50 will apply per person. Changes after this deadline will not be processed.
For date change as above please contact Yas Concierge at +971 600 511115 to rebook and make the AED 50 payment per person.  Payments will be processed and completed via Yas Concierge.
How do I receive my tickets when I buy online?
1. You will receive your print-at-home ticket(s) via email or you can download them from the purchase confirmation page.
2. You can also access your tickets at any time using your YAS ID profile.
3. For convenience you can download and save your etickets in your online wallet (IOS only) ready to scan at the turnstiles on arrival.
4. You have an option to SAVE to WALLET on your confirmation email and on your confirmation page. This will store in your ticket on the smartphone wallet for easy access.

Can somebody else use my Annual Pass?
The Pass is individual to you, and may only be used by you to gain access to the Park. Where our fingerprint recognition system is not available for entry into the Park, our staff will verify your identity using your photo on the Pass. We reserve the right to also request government issued identification to prove your identity at the time of entry. If another person enters or attempts to enter the Park using your Pass, you will be deemed to have consented to such use, and your Pass will be revoked (unless it has been reported stolen or lost).
Can I transfer / sell my annual pass to someone else?
No, Annual Passes are individual and cannot be transferred between guests. Appropriate swimwear is a must at all times, for the health, safety and comfort of yourself and others.
Whoops, did you forget your swimsuit? Don't worry, you can buy what you need at the Yas Waterworld shops.
Inappropriate swimwear includes (but is not limited to):
- Underwear (boxers, briefs, etc.)
- Attire that is transparent or translucent in private areas
- Attire with metal buttons, zippers, buckles or snaps that could be abrasive to other swimmers and the rides, slides and attractions
- Shirts or jackets that button or zip up the front
- Long pants such as jeans, slacks and trousers
- Denim clothing
- Any clothing or accessory (belts, jewelry, etc.) deemed as potentially damaging to the attractions
- Regular diapers are not permitted in any pools or attractions. Waterproof swim diapers can be purchased at Sultan & Sons Trading in Qaryat Al Jewana Souk
- Do remember that Park management reserves the right to request that any guest either change their attire or leave the premises.
